3rd Quarter ACA Chapter Meeting

at Camp Emerson in Idyllwild,

   This year's Annual ACA Chapter Service Project and 3rd Quarter ACA Chapter meeting will be held in the beautiful scenery and cool air of Camp Emerson in Idyllwild. Every year we visit the camp and help out with the OA Day activities during the BSA Summercamp program. This year we will be helping with the afternoon service project and the evening OA campfire.

   If you would like to attend, then please contact the ACA Chapter Adviser to register to attend. If you need help with transportation, then please let us know. All persons under 18 years of age need to bring a signed copy of the OA permission slip/medical form. This form can be downloaded on the publications page of this website. 

   The service project will be held from 2PM to 4:30PM. You will need to park in the lower parking lot and sign in at main lodge. We will be meeting at the main lodge at 1:45PM to get ready for the project. Please remember to bring work cloths, sun screen, work gloves and OA permission slip/medical form (if under 18 years of age) and your cheerful service.

   Dinner will be served at the camp's dinning hall. If you plan on staying for dinner, the Chapter meeting and the evening OA campfire, then please bring $5 for dinner. The Chapter meeting will be in the main lodge and will from 6:30PM to 7:15PM. The OA campfire will be from 8PM to 9PM.

   The ACA Chapter has a very strong reputation for our support of the Camp Emerson and our overall service to the community. Come get out of the hot weather for a day and join us at Camp Emerson.
