Congratulations for your election and induction into Scouting's National Honor Society, the Order of the Arrow. You have joined an organization with over 170,000 members serving their Councils and Home Units.

The ACA Chapter is part of the Cahuilla Lodge. Cahuilla Lodge, our local Lodge, serves the California Inland Empire Council. Every Council throughout the Nation has an OA Lodge chartered in it. Every Lodge serves its Council by providing Summercamp and Camporee staffs, promoting the camping and the outdoor experience to all local Troops, sponsoring service projects in the Council Camps, and many other services.

Cahuilla Lodge is broken down into10 different Chapters. Each Chapter oversees OA duties in their respective areas. Our own ACA Chapter is well known for our Camp Promotion programs, multimedia, and service teams.

Our Chapter’s Camp Promotion team has received high honors throughout Southern California and has again been recently awarded for having the best Camp Promotion booth in Cahuilla Lodge.

Our Chapter’s Service Team perform 2 service projects a year at Camp Emerson and helps to provide community service throughout the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin.

Our Chapter's Ceremony Teams perform ceremonies for Eagle Court of Honors, Ordeals, Boy Scout Summercamp, Spring Camporee (annual Callout), and Arrow of Light Ceremonies for local Cub Scout Packs.

A new program that our Chapter is quickly becoming known for is our multimedia. We are one of the few Scout groups in the country that can produce our own podcasts, vidcasts and short promotional videos. Our upcoming Vidcast 3 will be focusing on our own Chapter members at the Arrowcorps5 Service Project in Huntington, Utah in July.

Due the size and geography of the Sunrise District our Chapter is divided into 2 Clans: Agua Caliente Clan and Chemehuevie Clan. Which Clan an Arrowmen belongs to depends on where they live. Both Clans each hold their own monthly meetings, perform Arrow of Light Ceremonies for local Cub Scout Packs, and perform their own service projects for the community. Click here to see which clan that you are in.

Our Chapter utilizes email for a majority of our communications. To subscribe to the Chapter email list please click the link below.
