Online Vendor Table Application

Please print this page once you have filled out the information below and before you press the Submit button. This is so keep a copy of this application for your own records.

When and Where: 9AM to 5PM, Saturday, November 12

@ the LDS Stake Center, 72960 Parkview Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92260

Dealer Table Location: Dealer table locations will be assigned on a first come basis based on date of registration and receipt of full payment. Registrations for 3 dealer tables are eligible for a discount (more information below). Dealer tables measure 30" x 8' and are limited.

The attached event layout is for your information. If you register for 3 tables, then you must use 3 tables. No using unused tables as a buffer between you and other dealers.

The event coordinator reserves the right to reassign dealer table locations as needed.

Pricing & Registration: Dealer tables are $15 and dealer tables located next to the wall are $20 each. Dealers that register for 3 tables receive the following discount: $35 for 3 dealer tables; $50 for 3 dealer tables located next the to wall.

Set up and Tear Down: Dealers will be allowed to begin setting up at 8AM the day of the event. Dealers may begin tearing down at the conclusion of the event or by special permission from the event coordinator.

Silent and Live Auction: If you would like to enter an item in the silent or live auction, then there will be a commission of 15% of the amount of the item's auction price.
